The interview process was exceptionally long with at least 3 different interviews - at least one by phone and two in-person. While the staff was kind, it seemed excessive to be interviewed by both the manager of the department and the HR Director. I had a fairly good experience overall, but the process seemed unnecessarily drawn out.
