One of the most confusing and worst interview experience and process I've ever had. First, got a mail to take an online test but there was no link attached in the mail. Replied to the HR and after two days got the test link. Took the test and cleared it, got a call from HR to discuss the salary, notice period etc. and schedule further interviews. Had a Teams meeting interview where I was asked questions related to my work and later a live coding on implementing your own unique pointer in C++. After two hours of the interview got a call from HR sharing that I have cleared the first interview and next will be a hiring manager round on the same day at night as the hiring manager was in Boston. Interview was scheduled for 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. IST. Joined the call 5 minutes before and waited for the whole hour but no one showed up to the interview. Wrote a mail to HR who very generously without any apologies or reply scheduled another call for the next day at the same time. This time the hiring manager joined the call, had a great discussion with him about the role and my work and we together worked on creating our own hash function. This was more like a design round. I felt great after the interview as it went really well. Now the confusion starts. The next day I get a mail from another agency saying that Soroco has shortlisted my profile for the same position for which I interviewed yesterday. I informed them that I already had an interview with them. The next day I again receive a mail from HR to take an online coding test for the same position, I ignored it again. Now after a week with no replies or follow ups from HR I decided to write a mail to know the status of my application and any feedback from the hiring manager. I get an automated reply saying thank you for time but we will not go ahead with your application. I mean if this is the way they conduct their hiring process then I am glad I did not get selected, just imagine what they have going internally.

1 round was on hackerrank platform which have 2 programming question (easy to moderate) in any language and 1 question based on c++ (oop) concepts. After clear this round 1st virtual interview via microsoft team .
