The interview process was quite lengthy but moved along quickly — five interviews with different disciplines and a case study.
Some interviewers seemed underprepared or new to the role, which made it difficult to get clear insight into what they were looking for.
It was a red flag that everyone had different views on what the role should prioritize and deliver.
The case study was fairly easy.
