The Interview Process was very casual and informal. I met with the Mgr. of Marketing and the Mgr. of Customer Service. They asked many questions about my past professional experience and knowledge. They described what was necessary and the personality they were seeking for the position. We spoke at great length about I am seeking in an employer and what I hoped to achieve in the position, if I was chosen. There was a second interview to follow and then I was told the temp. agency would be in touch once they had reached their decision.
