The hiring manager interviewed twice via phone. First round: questions regarding current research experiences. Second round: Hiring manager and team lead asked questions related to the job. Very basic questions like OFDMA, Shannon channel capacity, path loss model.

smooth and friendly, focused on the projects, with relocation possibility.
hybrid working mode is available, 3 days at home and 2 days onboard. quite big company and long but not complex hiring procedure recommended.

Entrevista
There were 3 interviews: the first one is with HR, they are asking Soft skills, generic questions (pay attention, they can reject you just for soft skills), Technical interview with Hiring Manager (e.g., software coding, HW knowledge, depending on the position), interview with Big Boss (just understanding if you fit the company culture)
It was not too hard, as I had previous experience of working with some of the employees on my earlier projects so we got along well and all was smooth.
