The process was 3 interviews.
1 Recruiter interview, very short, basic questions to understand suitability.
1 interview with two team members, a very relaxed conversation style interview with no technical questions.
1 interview with a director, required to prepare a 5 minute presentation on a technical area.
They did not offer a role as I had no internal audit experience. Which they were aware of when I gave them my CV.

Interview with 2 IA department and 1 HR department employees. Overall positive. Both technical and soft skills related questions were asked. The interview environment was generally comfortable and the interviewers were friendly and outgoing in their conversation.
