The video interview then gets sent to the agency representative, who will advise you on any changes to be made, and you get another chance at answering the same questions if they weren't up to scratch. After this you get to have a 1:1 interview with the area sales manager for your area, who will ask you similar questions about your personal background and favourite product, as well as quiz you on some of the features of Sony TVs or Cameras, depending on whether you have applied to be a TV or Camera sales promoter.
