They asked about my availability and a few other simple questions. I waited for about 15 minutes for the manager to interview me. He apologized about being late and I was courteous to him about it. He hired me on the spot after the interview was over. The staff were very rude to me and the management was very poor. It's not like that at every Sonic, though.

The process was a very simple and friendly interview. Very professional for a fast food chain. Would recommend for a high school student or a recent graduate looking to start making money.
