I could not make it past the telephonic interview. The interviewer, a recent college graduate, asked me to talk about some of my previous experience and finally gave me an easy programming question. Then he shifted gears and started inquiring about how we deploy our models. He wanted to know how we did it. I believe their systems cannot support ML models yet and they are just fishing for information. Everything went perfectly however they decided not to go forward which was ridiculous. I believe their team is inexperienced but they should train them before allowing anyone to start interviewing. I reached out to the recruiter but they never got back.
