The interview process was quite simple. I applied for a position and was contacted by Human Resources. On the day of the interview I was met with the person handling the interview and the President. The interview was pretty standard, nothing to difficult but very professional. The interviewer asked about my history, my education and my skills. The only time the President asked questions for for clarity and how my skills and attributes could be utilized for the company. After approximately 30 minutes the President excused himself. The interviewer and myself remained. It was during this point, the interviewer spoke in detail about the job position and my future responsibilities. After approximately 15 minutes the interviewer thanked me for coming and would contact within a day. About two days later I was given a job offer. There was some basic discussion but a very acceptable deal was made.
