I got a call after the initial screening round. The interviewer asked me to remove the background image of the video call, then asked to take the laptop and rotate it 360° wanted to check whatever was around me. Then he spoke about himself and about the company, portrayed himself like a CEO of a big tech giant and the company is like MNC with multiple clients. It was really the worst experience I ever had in an interview. The company is not big with <100 employees and they can fire you at any point of time. I contacted few of the ex employees on LinkedIn and got to know about micro-management, bad WLB.
