The interview process is very thorough, It took approximately a week altogether and we interviewed 3 times. The first was via phone with HR and discussed the outline of the job and company. The second was with my direct supervisor and we discussed the typical job questions but also learned a great deal about the company to see if it was a good fit. The final interview is with the President of the company.
