Submitted CV and CL directly to HR. 2 weeks later invited to HR competency round
Waited 2 weeks before a rejection; no feedback. A science background and previous TMT experience might be expected so as I study Psychology I might be disadvantaged. Very disappointed about the lack of feedback as the tone of rejection was apathetic and not tailored at all.
