The interview seemed standard enough, but after signing a written acceptance letter, he asked very unprofessional and highly inappropriate questions the next time we met, such as "do you smoke a lot of weed" and "what's your relationship like with God?"

Three phone screen interviews with both owners/principals. After these, I was made a verbal offer. It was strange to me that we never met in person, though they are mostly a remote shop. They asked me to cancel any other pending interviews to make it a firm written offer, and I consented. After the offer was signed, they asked me to meet with a client, stating this would not affect the offer. Their was no communication after this, even on the day prior, and the day of my start date. They disappeared after I had cancelled several other opportunities and signed an offer agreement with Solomon Solutions.
