Interview was smooth and easy enough. Seemed more like a basic service position than a legitimate career. Most questions were personality based rather than experience/skill based. Actual job specifics were not discussed at the interview.

Simple interview questions. Be prepared to talk about yourself and your goals. Not many technical questions. Job is easily taught. Remember to be calm, talk about stengths and weaknesses and don't be afraid to ask the interviewer questions too. Very relaxed environment.

The interview was atleast 30 min long with the talent specialist. After, I was shown around the office. It was a large open room with white noise and sloppy looking people in jeans and t-shirts. Two weeks later I got a call and voice mail from an unknown number of the interviewer saying I’m not moving forward. I did not appreciate this at all, as she probably knew I wasn’t going to answer a call from an unknown number. I thought the interview went well so I was a little blind sided - I’m not really sure how a “talent specialist” would be able to determine if I would be a good fit for an analyst position. Also seems to be a company with high turnover rate.
