We are really sorry that your experience with R3PI did not match our intention of delivering a great experience for anyone who participates in our interview process. We are taking your feedback and addressing all the places we missed in delivering a great experience to you. We have already made some changes, and do apologize for the miscommunication on expenses as well. You shouldn't have had to pay for your hotel, which had been booked through our system, but for some reason the hotel still made you pay out of pocket -which we are addressing to make sure this doesn't happen again.
