3 calls - 1 quick by phone from HR willing to know more about my background. 2 technical interview with the manager to get experience check and 3 would be challenge. Found the process very nice and quick, would expect a better feedback though, as it was very generic.

Don't ignore the red flags and the gut feelings. Read through all these reviews on Glassdoor and make an informed decision about proceeding.
I had four interviews with four different people, and those people I met were very friendly, and informative about the company and the role. A couple of technical questions, but mostly conversational and talking about experience.
Red flag 1: I was offered the job without them checking my references
Red flag 2: They revoked the job offer as they couldn't provide flexible hours (even though they said hours were flexible)
Red flag 3: When offered the role I had a list of questions for HR which I sent through email - they decided to call me, and in their own words, "because it would be easier to call rather than to type it all out". Weird.
Maybe the company would be good to work for, maybe not- this is just my experience. Trust your gut.

The interview process was rather thorough and consisted of an initial phone conversation with the in-house recruiter followed by three rounds of video interviews which included a presentation in the 3rd interview. Overall the process was pretty good however it was very disrespectful at the end of the process to not even be given a reply when I emailed asking for feedback on why I was unsuccessful. Having made it to the final interview, which required a lot of time and effort on my part, I would have expected to at least receive some simple feedback.
