The interview process was incredibly well structured and formulated so as to help everyone be as comfortable as possible given the stressful nature of interviews.
The 'Intern Day' took place from 10am to 1pm and opened with a presentation to the interviewees regarding the company itself as well as the structure and timeline of the day. An icebreaker activity followed which served to settle everyone.
The fifteen interviewees were divided into three groups of five and asked to formulate a presentation on a product. Details regarding the product, budget, timeline and strategy were left entirely up to the interviewees.
Following on from this, interviews were conducted in a 'speed dating' format with each interviewee moving from interviewer to interviewer every three minutes or so.
Overall it was a very positive experience and structured perfectly so as to enable the interviewees to present themselves as best they could.
