I am very happy about how Solarwind treated me throughout the interview process. I had 3 Technical round and 1 HR round interview. All the technical interview were professional and supportive. The importance was given on how one would derive at problem solving skill along with previous expereince. Discussed about role on Technical support/products which I had worked before/linux/networking concepts. And HR was supportive throughout the interview, it felt so good to be part of interview process. She handled the entire communication very well and was prompt. I have overall 8years of experience and I would rate this interview process and HR communication to be the best.

They call me from my linked then phone interview, then goes to 3 set of several interviews. Luckily are those questions related to my role was answered base on my experience. If I dont know the answer, I will tell them I did not yet encounter that please give me some time to check on that specific technologies like WMI.
