Straightforward process. Pleasant people. They did not seem to have a clear picture of what they wanted to get out of the interview. The VP of Sales called it in and arrived late to the call. But that's forgivable. I got an office tour, met some people who I had worked with previously, spoke to four different interviewers, repeated many of the same questions. It was casual and low stress. A good chance to meet the key players for that role. I felt respected and appreciated.

It was grueling with several interviews with multiple upper management. The candidates interviewed usually were internal hires. The interview took about 1 hour with multiple panelists. The decision was deliberated via phone.
