Applied via an employee referral, spoke to a recruiter, was brought in and spoke to 4 RSM's and the director. I was pretty much hired that day. Not much more war too it. Today they hire 50-60 per month due to high turnover (over 60% currently) so pretty sure if you have got a pulse, you're good.

There was a 3-step interview process. First a recruiter contacted me to learn more about me and explain the role, responsibilities, pay structure, other pertinent job info. Then I was scheduled to meet at the work location to conduct an in-person interview with two of the managers there. Lastly, I had a 20-30 minute phone interview with the Director to finish.

Entrevista
They are trying to weed people out as much as possible in the first interview. They don't want sales people, they want regular people with sales types of experience that sound good on the phone, and aren't overly pushy. The second interview, they want to know about what you can do and how you will contribute to the company.

Entrevista
There is a phone pre-screen by HR. 1st interview is with a manager and if you pass that, there is a second interview with a director. The interviews could be on the same day potentially but as it worked out for me, they were 2 days apart. Very basic sales interviews.
