Their application process annoyed me so much I had to leave a review over just that. They ask you to record a video of a pitch of yourself, but the field for that is a text box to fill out, not a box prompting you to upload a file, so not sure how they expect that to be completed. But also it’s such a terrible experience when companies want applicants to take the time to record a video just for an application where they may decline in 1 second based off resume and not even view it with the amount of effort that would take to record, if their applicant portal even made that possible. It just comes across as lazy as they don’t actually want to interview people or take the time, while yet asking their applicants to take the time. It’s a bad look for the company
