Multistep meetings with teammates and key leaders. Dedicated hiring managers as well as company functional groups. Questions were part experience based and part behavioral. Questions asked include:
-Interest in solar space
-Behavioral interview questions about work practices and personal conduct
-Familiarity with concepts and basic skills which apply to sector and are important to company
-Personal habits/cultural fit questions; company has open and outdoorsy culture with startup vibe
