I wasn’t interviewed I was given a job on the spot because I was recommended by someone therefore the interview process for me was easy but other coworkers said it was tedious and intimidating because the two owners grill you with questions

Dropped of paper application (available in the restaurants). Called back soon after. Interviewed by two of the owners - Victor and wife Sol, in small office at restaurant. Very few questions. Broad experience questions only. No resume, background check, etc. needed.
