Good experience overall. Walk-in Conducted at their office on Saturday for .net developer recruitment. Based on time slots and mine was around 11 AM. Had to wait for around an hour before the rounds started. Rounds : 2 technical, 1 managerial & 1 HR - 1st technical round was about c#, oops basics, all asp .net mvc fundamentals with few code snippets Eg :Model binding, Validations and calls from model-view-controller. They validate your approach and understanding of all concepts. It was for around 30 min. - 2nd technical round was into In-Depth .net mvc concepts, few problem statements on Entity Framework. Was asked to design a website in mvc based on the specifications they requested, in the process, they will validate your programming approach & the controls/various methodologies you use (layout pages, razor views, partial views etc). Went around 40min. - Managerial round with director of technology - it was about how we understand businesses and how we incorporated their requirements in our past projects. A little intro about the domains & clients they work with and the expectations of the role. Around 30min. - HR round - Once shortlisted in technical & managerial, HR round is a Very thorough walkthrough of how Softway works, the organization structure & setting expectations for the role. We will get a clear idea of the work culture & how things goes around here. Salary discussions post that. Around 45min. Friendly reception by HR team & technical team gave enough time to answer questions. Very Open-ended & thoroughly conducted interview sessions. Entire process ended at around 5 PM.
