At the start HR asks for salary but doesn't answers whether it fits the budget or not.
You go through process of interviews, spend a lot of time and energy.
And after than they give you an offer for a lot smaller salary.
That's the only company that thinks that they can negotiate the salary.
The whole process is a scam. Because they are not able pay requested amount at all.

Al basic HR questions and technical ones. Nothing special.
Technical interview with two developers, but only one said anything. The whole experience was bizarre and unprofessional. The questions were often very general and when they didn't like my answers, I'd be given a small sneer. When I asked them to clarify their questions, I only heard "ok" and as if nothing had happened, we moved on to the next question. At some point, I asked about the expected answer to the previous question and was told to focus on my knowledge (sic!). The interviewers were not interested in the interview at all and sometimes asked questions that had already been answered.

Entrevista
Started with an interview with the recruiter, followed by a technical assessment, a technical interview, client interview prep and ended with a client interview. All involved parties were very friendly, nothing felt unnecessary and everything was to the point. Information was communicated efficiently and the process was very organized and straight forward.
