HR of the company at Mumbai are useless. Have you seen anywhere, candidate himself taking updates form HR about interview and Schedule interview for self ? I gave here 2 telephonic round. 1st one was Ok. Interviewer himself confused about technical questions ( seems having less experience) . I managed to clear that as not at all challenging. 2nd Interview was funny. He started with Questions belongs from his domain though he know I not worked in it. Few foolish security related question. Then he told me to be prepared for next round with Client.And details will be shared with you. And after few mins I again got call , you not moving to next level !!!! Funny !! Advice: Be mature while hiring. Candidates you are hiring are professionals. Otherwise your small boat will doomed soon..
