Consists of 3 stages: initial HR interview, then a technical interview with a senior specialist, and then the final interview with the potential manager. The technical interview is mostly theoretical, no coding tasks for this role.
I did a first interview with HR. Followed by an interview with the team. Last interview was with a technical interview. The first interviews went great and felt like a great fit. The technical interview asked precise theoretical questions that are rarely used in the industry. They are valid though... just things that you might have forgotten because it has been a while since you left university.

How do you compute feature importance in a random forest?
Very unprofessional hiring team. I would say it was one of the worst experiences I have had lately. They seem to not care about the candidates nor what kind of impression tech specialists will have about the company after being in contact with SoftServe's HR department.
