Informal but enquiring - very engaging if you can hold a conversation with ease - very enjoyable. Stared with an introduction and overview of past experience and current skillset aligned to the role. Very standard, but along the way they asked probing questions as they went - not at all the normal Q & A approach. Very personal and not on a script - natural flow.
