Your resume will pass through the algorithm scrutiny of HR before it will be pushed forward. I am not confident HR even knows what they are looking for. If your resume passes the sniff test, they will schedule a call with you - rather than your future direct boss. If that passes muster, it will be reviewed again by a group and then passed to the manager.
