Had to come to the office to fill out a lengthy paper application, take a compatability test and then was invited for an interview because I passed the test. Interview was with GM, Marketing and HR. Less than an hour and nothing too difficult. I prepared for a lot of behavioral questions and then there weren't any. I think those are only asked for positions like cook, cashier, etc.
