Had a phone screen and move to meet with the hiring manager. At the time of the interview, the CEO showed up and basically ran the interview. Why do companies do that without warning. Asked typical questions about background and experience. Everything seemed to be a good fit but didn't make the next round.

Not really a question, but they wanted someone to go to trade shows and sell the agency. It sounded like additional responsibilities than what was listed in the job description. I could tell the hiring manager wasn't thrilled that she was pushed to the background in the interview.
