I was contacted by email for a phone interview with 2 interviewers. The interview consisted of situational questions, so it's important to be prepared. Interview was about 45-60 minutes long. When it was my turn to ask questions, the interviewers were very succinct with their answers.

Completed application on federal employment website, the application was completed on USA jobs. Took several months after application before interview. Interview consisted on a variety of questions about customer service and application capabilities.
