The overall process was very lengthy. I received an email for a phone interview two months after the post closed. A month later I received a call to have my background check done. A week after that I received the dreaded news that another candidate was selected.

Three panel interview, no difficult questions, lasted about half an hour. Have yet to hear back from them, but I'm not waiting around, I have already started to search for other jobs.
