The interview process consist of a panel of which you sit with interview. Initially were given a questionnaire to fill out where you can write your answers. Uri will be left in a room to fill out the questions and then the interviewers return. At first it’s on one individual who goes through a series of regular interview questions that my person is later joined by a colleague to go over additional questions and they both question you. While you’re answering they’re taking notes. Once the interview process is over they can consult each other outside of the room and come back to further discuss the position with you. Finally telling you their decision will be forwarded to the hiring manager.
