The interview process was fairly easy in the sense that it was conversational. Social Method cares more about if you have the right soft skills more so than the right technical skills which I appreciated. I interviewed with three different people and I had a pleasant interview with all three of them. The company is fairly small but I think there is a ton of opportunity to grow. I applied via AngelList and heard back pretty quickly. I had a phone interview with another senior to go over the job listing, check that I was a good fit, and talk about why I was leaving my then current (nightmare) position. I had an in-person interview with team members who would be my peers as well as a culture chat. Then came back to meet with the owner of the company. I received an offer shortly after.
