Filled out an online form which resembled a cover letter. Upon successful screening, the firm requested a resume to review, which was good since they don't immediately discount candidates based on a lack of education or work prestige. After reviewing the resume, they asked for a practice work assignment to be completed in 24 hours, following up that assignment with an interview and reference checks. By the time I reached the interview phase, the management team had a strong impression of me so much of the interview period was inversed, where the candidate asks the employer questions.
