The final round onsite was 4-5 interviews with cross-functional stakeholders and colleagues covering everything from collaboration to subject matter expertise. It was a good mix of people that allowed me to meet the team and get a good feel for the culture. Recruiter was excellent in keeping me up to date the entire time with frequent check-ins and updates. All in all, one of the best managed recruiting processes I've experienced in my career (and I've been at many top tech companies). It influenced my decision to join SoFi and I've been happy ever since!
