Within a week of submitting an application online, I got a call for a phone interview. That went very well and was mainly just a few bookkeeping questions with some inquiry as to my experience in certain areas.
Within 3 days of the phone interview, I received another call for an on-site interview. I met with the two directors of Engineering and a recent hire. The interview was very relaxed and actually fun. After some questions regarding my knowledge in certain areas and about my resume, they had me run through a method on the board. After I got that right, they had me try and stump them with a problem.
All in all, it was a very good experience and it was very helpful to meet and talk to someone who just started to get a feel for the place.

The program they had me go through was pretty straightforward. You will definitely need to know and support what you have listed on your resume for experience, they will challenge you.
The interview process was very straightforward. The recruiting team was very responsive and answered all the questions that I had about the company in a really timely fashion. Interviews with the managers and engineers were very positive as well. Everyone seemed excited to be working there.

Passed the take-home OA, got a very easy question for the first technical round. Then I just got ghosted by recruiter. Nothing more to add, it was quick and now I still don't know the outcome.
