I put in an application online after finding the opening on Indeed. Really simple application, just asked for a resume and some basic info. The next morning I had an email requesting a phone screen. The next day Catherine called, and we had a conversation about my background, interests, etc. After that I was given a technical questionnaire, sent it back and the next day had an interview with the hiring manager. This call was more technical but still had a conversational feel. I got a call the day after to inform me that they would be hiring someone else. I was bummed about not getting the job but the call really meant a lot, particularly when other companies don't even bother to send an email. A++ on the hiring process IMHO.
