I was proactively contacted in May by one of the staff recruiters who inquired about my interest to interview for a SLED role. The recruiter said the hiring manager found my profile, and asked that I be contacted.
I replied with interest, provided available times, and included my resume.
Crickets.
I followed up with the recruiter 3x, and reached out to the hiring manager who the recruiter named.
Crickets.
The job was reposted a month later, and again no response from the recruiter who I reached out to about the repost.
Crickets.

Entrevista
Initially the interview process moved slowly, but that was during IPO filing time so teams were busy. After that, the process moved more quickly and seamlessly. Met with cross-functional peers and management in my direct resposibility areas.
