Interviewed for the Atlanta SDR role at Snokwflake. Was a very negative experience, from the second I answered the phone I felt like I was brushed off. The whole process and attitude I received left a very bad taste in my mouth.
The interview process is split up in multiple steps that evaluate your familiarity with sales and the tech landscape while also giving you a chance to familiarise yourself with the company culture.

The interview process was efficient and enjoyable. After the initial screening, I moved through the next rounds within two weeks and had about a week to prepare for the final panel. Everyone I spoke with was respectful and encouraging, and while the interviews were challenging, they felt fair and supportive rather than designed to trip me up.

Tricky, they word the questions difficultly. It’s worth educating yourself on what Snowflake does and who their competitors are in the sector. The interview is an intense 30 - 45 minute interview.
