Typical board style/face-to-face interview. I've been on 4 hiring panels (2 as the interviewee and 2 as the board member). I felt that they could have been handled over the phone just as easily. Skype/Facetime/Zoom/Zoho/GoToMeeting interview could also have been an appropriate substitute; however, the county technology is antiquated. Also, the county administrators they do not seem interested in implementing such a modern meeting technologies.
