Very lengthy, left wondering if or when the next step will come. I am currently employed and took time off on two separate occasions for this process. Steps I've been through: initial phone screen, "online" test, a "monitored" test, and Skype interview. It has been 4 weeks with absolutely no follow up. I would assume I have the estimating skills that are necessary if I make to the Skype interview, but now nothing. No contact and no return emails. Applicants are left in the dark as to where they are at in the process, and if they are being still considered.
