I received an invite to have an initial call, then explained to me the entire process selection. I was a little nervous, but I introduced myself. After 2 days of that call, I was declined to continue the process, after a week I was again called by the same Recruiter, told me to register the call in Calendly, first link was broken and I told them I am already was called for this position, I was ghosted by them and also 30min before call started they cancelled the call, telling me that the team didn't approved me the first one. A total disrespecful treatment to people that wants to get a Job to have a life balance. I am unemployee for over 4 months, this kind of situations are totally unfair.
