Initial 20 minute phone interview (which they cancelled on me 1 hour before calling). Then, they emailed saying I had 2 days to complete a "test task" that was set up, which took me 12 hours to complete. I sent it to them and they gave zero response or acknowledgement of said delivery— I followed up a week later and they replied with a scripted "no longer interested in your candidacy" response from a DoNotReply@snapchat.com email address without ever meeting or calling me. Very professional, thanks for wasting my time.
