Initial interview was made online. It was an HR interview, the interviewer was very nice and kind. After passing the initial interview, I was invited to Bristol to the assessment centre. The assessment centre had 4 different tasks. First I was assed with logical and technical interview. Then I had a competency interview. After, I had a presentation, and lastly there was a group challenge we had to tackle with all the candidates. I found the assessment centre fun and comfortable. People at Snap were very kind and helpful throughout the whole process.

The team was friendly and approachable throughout, though interviews were occasionally rescheduled due to availability or sick leave. I had three great rounds but was rejected in the final stage. The overall experience was positive, but the feedback felt a bit vague and not fully aligned with the strengths demonstrated during the process.
