Applied online. Phone interview within a week. Spoke with HR. I personally throught the interview went well, I was told there would be a second interview if I passed the first interview, which I guess I didnt pass. I emailed a follow up email the next day mentioning I could provide references, My email was ignored, I reached out again the following week and was told the position was put on hold temporarily, 2 days later they reposted the job description. I was emailed a full month later saying they were going with other candidates.
