The manager was quite standoffish, but asked some pretty standard questions that you would be asked anywhere else. There were no "difficult" questions, per say, but when asked about my desired salary, I responded with $14/hr, which is what was listed on the job opening, but was told that they only pay $10-$12 per hour. He then went I to a long monologue about how they can't afford to pay more than that.

Entrevista
Interviewer didn't want to answer my interview questions. Prompted me to look on the website or job posting with every question I asked. Pretended not to notice me when he walked in the door of the store and went to make himself a smoothie then came to introduce himself and gave me an interview in a completely different location of the store. He also was about 20-30 minutes late after changing our initial time from 9AM to 9:15 only a few minutes before 9am. Terrible Interview!

This interview has more flair than a standard restaurant. They ask a lot of personal questions even some deeper ones which I believe allows you to truly stand out. They did read them from a print out so I know it was not made up on the spot. It’s just who smoothie king was
