3 interviews total: first one was with technical architects to check my skills and my ability to fulfill the job, second was with upper management composed with principals, IT director, BIM Director, General Manager, VP's etc...to present my vision and the goals I'd like to achieve and how I can articulate with this firm for a success. Third interview was financial, benefits etc... The entire process was slick and smooth, well behaved staff, open minded.
